Toll Brothers opened sales at The Ranch at Uptown Celina, a new-home community north of Dallas in Celina.
The builder is offering single-family homes ranging from 1,500 to over 5,000 square feet, with three to six bedrooms, two to 5.5 bathrooms and two- to three-car garages. Pricing runs from the $300,000s to the low $700,000s.

Other builders at the Uptown Celina master-planned community include Olivia Clarke Homes, Perry Homes and Normandy Homes. The MPC features an outdoor pool and bike trails.
