Trophy Signature Homes will build a new home community called Nicholson Ranch in Lavon.

The builder will offer homes from three collections: The Texas Tree series for 40-foot lots, and the Victory and Trophy series, both for 50-foot lots.

Additional plans for the 1,635-lot community include two schools, a swimming pool, playground, sports courts and walking paths.

“Nicholson Ranch is all about making it easy for first-time buyers and young families to find a place they love, right here in Lavon, one of the hottest and fastest-growing spots in North Texas,” Division President Chris Wicker said in a press release.

Nicholson Ranch will be zoned to Community Independent School District.
