Coventry Homes recently unveiled a new model home in Solterra Texas, a master-planned community in the Dallas County city of Mesquite.

Ovation at Galatyn, a 361-unit multifamily community located in Richardson, is officially open to residents.

Legacy Square, a luxury multifamily community located in Plano at 2100 Legacy Drive, is officially open for leasing.

Bright Realty is introducing Tapestry at The Realm, a luxury, mid-century multifamily development in Lewisville.

Leasing is underway at Resia Dallas West, a multifamily development located on Keeneland Parkway.

The move comes despite a slowdown in the single-family rental market. 

The brand will specialize in cottage-style homes with private backyards. 

Most of the single-family homes are in Texas, Georgia, Alabama and Oklahoma. 

The first phase of the deal comprises 1,424 new single-family homes and townhouses in Tampa, Fla.; Atlanta and Athens, Ga.; and Pinehurst, N.C.
