Coventry Homes recently unveiled a new model home in Solterra Texas, a master-planned community in the Dallas County city of Mesquite.
Located at 1804 Casting Ridge, the model showcases the builder’s Spring Branch floor plan, a 3,881-square foot home with five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an island kitchen, study and covered patio. The home is designed for a 60-foot lot.
“The Spring Branch is a favorite of ours,” Rudy Poposil, division president for Coventry Homes, said in a press release. “We know that no two families are the same. The Spring Branch is incredibly versatile, so each family will be able to personalize it to meet their unique needs.”
Coventry Homes will offer four additional floor plans on 60-foot lots in Solterra, with sizes ranging from 2,595 to 3,649 square feet. Pricing begins in the $500,000s.
Residents will have access to community amenities, including an eight-acre amenity complex with three pools, a 16,000-square-foot fitness center and a 25-acre lake surrounded by a beach, hiking trails, dog parks and a treehouse park. The community is zoned to Mesquite Independent School District.
