Real estate development company Urban Moment has begun preleasing for YardHomes Parkside, a horizontal multifamily development in Denton.

Located at 2850 Bonnie Brae St., YardHomes Parkside will feature 230 side-by-side rental units with private, fenced-in backyards. Developers are offering one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 635 to 1,375 square feet.
“Urban Moment is excited to bring YardHomes to Denton,” Colton Katzen, assistant vice president of investments, said in a press release. “Our YardHome brand presents a unique approach to residential housing, offering all the conveniences and amenity access to apartment living with homeowner-style comfort and privacy.”
The pet-friendly development includes amenities like a dog park and dog washing station, as well as outdoor event lawns, fire pits, grilling stations, pocket parks, a fitness center and a resort-style pool. Residents also have direct access to North Lakes Park, an outdoor recreation destination with walking trails, lakes and sports courts.
A grand opening is scheduled for this May.
