Ascendant Development wrapped up construction on Haven at Mansfield, a 257-unit multifamily community in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Ascendant broke ground on the development in 2021.
Designed by EDI International, the project includes three four-story buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. All units feature walk-in closets, washers and dryers, energy-efficient lighting, stainless-steel appliances and smart lock systems. Select units also include balconies or patios.
On-site amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, yoga studio and 24-hour fitness center.
