Watermark Companies is now accepting applications for Canvas at Midlothian, a build-to-rent community in Midlothian.

Managed by Willow Bridge Property Company, Canvas at Midlothian includes 201 single-family homes and townhomes. Units feature attached two-car garages, smart home technologies, stainless-steel appliances and private outdoor spaces.

Residents have access to a community pool, pickleball court, fitness center, clubroom and grilling stations, as well as an on-site dog park.
