The Houston Association of REALTORS® MLS officially launched its data share with North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, broadcasting Dallas-Fort Worth listings live on HAR.com.

The partnership, initially announced in February, means that HAR MLS subscribers will now have access to over 80% of all Texas listings. The association has existing agreements with Unlock MLS in Austin and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® MLS.

“HAR.com is now the only MLS in Texas that is partnered with three other MLSs, which provides our MLS subscribers with unmatched statewide coverage and opportunity,” HAR.com Chairman Mario Arriaga said in a press release. “These data shares reflect HAR.com’s commitment to giving our subscribers a statewide reach and the resources they need to stay competitive and deliver exceptional service to their clients.”
