LGI Homes opened Sherman Heights, a new-home community located in Sherman.

Upon completion, the community will include 196 new homes, with five floor plans available to buyers. Offerings range from three- to four-bedrooms with two-car garages and open-concept living areas. Pricing starts in the $270,000s.

Community amenities include a park with a playground, walking trails and open green spaces.
