Developer Tellus Group announced the lineup of builders that will construct homes at Meraki, a $1.5 billion master-planned community located off Highway 80 and Route 548 in Forney.

Bloomfield Homes is among the slated builders for the Meraki MPC in Forney (via Bloomfield Homes).
Builders American Legend Homes, Bloomfield Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes and Westfield Homes will offer homes priced from the low $400,000s to the $600,000s. Model homes are now open.
“We were intentional in selecting builders who understand how families live and connect within a community,” Tellus Group CEO Craig Martin said in a press release. “Each brings strength in design, quality and customer experience, helping deliver homes that truly enhance life at Meraki.”
Phase one of development will feature 406 homesites, with 40- to 70-foot lots available. Planned amenities include a pool, playground, community pavilion, two 20-acre lakes and over 300 acres of preserved open space.
Meraki is zoned to Forney Independent School District.
