LGI Homes officially opened Chisholm Park, its new-home community in Weatherford.

Offerings in the development include six single-family floor plans ranging from 1,359 to 2,839 square feet with three to four bedrooms. Pricing starts in the $300,000s.

All homes feature the builder’s CompleteHome Plus package, which includes Whirlpool kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, shaker cabinets, tiled backsplashes and vinyl plank flooring.

Chisholm Park is located 30 miles east of Fort Worth, near Weatherford attractions including 10 city parks, botanical gardens and various outdoor attractions. The city is home to several well-known events including a farmer’s market and the Parker County Peach Festival.
