Wood Partners will break ground this month on Alta River Park, a new multifamily community in Fort Worth.

The 365-unit development will feature studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Residents will have access to community amenities including a pool, pickleball court, bike storage, sky deck and pet facilities.

“Fort Worth continues to experience strong demand for high-quality, well-located housing,” Ryan Miller, Wood Partners’ managing director for Dallas-Fort Worth, said in a press release. “Alta River Park reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed communities that enhance both lifestyles and connectivity for our residents.”

Completion is slated for 2027.
