Inspire Communities will open Frontera, a manufactured home community located along Interstate 75 in Sherman. The 113-acre development will feature over 400 manufactured homes with pricing starting in the high $80,000s.

Offerings include both single- and double-wide layouts with up to three bedrooms and interiors equipped with ENERGY STAR appliances. Residents will have access to community amenities including a pool, parks, fitness center, computer lab and clubhouse.

“At Inspire Communities, we strive to reduce the financial challenges of homeownership, allowing our residents more time to relax and just enjoy their home,” an Inspire representative said in a press release.
